Appointment Cancellation & Courtesy Policy
At Functional Healthcare of Omaha, we are committed to providing every patient with dedicated time, thoughtful care, and a seamless experience. In order to respect both our patients and our clinical team, we ask for mutual consideration when scheduling appointments.
When you reserve an appointment, that time is held exclusively for you. Late cancellations and missed appointments limit our ability to accommodate other patients who may be waiting for care.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice
We kindly require a minimum of 2 business days’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling request.
Appointments canceled within less than 2 business days’ notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee charged to the card on file.
Late Arrivals
Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to have their appointment rescheduled in order to maintain the schedule and quality of care for all patients. In these situations, a $50 late cancellation fee may apply.
No-Show Appointments
Patients who fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment without providing the required notice may be charged a $50 no-show fee to the card on file.
Repeated Late Cancellations or No-Shows
After two late cancellations or missed appointments, we reserve the right to require prepayment for future appointments at the time of booking.
Our Commitment to You
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Any exceptions to this policy will be reviewed by the Director of Operations and considered on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of medical aesthetic, wellness, and elective treatments, we do not offer refunds on services rendered, treatment packages, memberships, prepaid services, deposits, gift cards, retail products, medical-grade skincare, injectables, or promotional purchases.
Treatment outcomes vary from person to person, and no guarantees are expressed or implied regarding specific results.
If you have questions or concerns regarding your treatment or purchase, we encourage you to contact our office so our team can review your concerns and determine whether appropriate follow-up care or recommendations are needed.
Any exceptions to this policy are made solely at the discretion of management and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
